We have extensive experience with a wide variety of architectural design projects such as housing, loft conversions and interior renovation projects since the early 2000s. We work in Haarlem and the greater Amsterdam area as well as in Barcelona and Girona areas.

​As an experienced contractor and developer Bas has the ability to see the possibilities and limitations to get right to the opportunities
that each specific building has.
​
Since the early 2000´s Bas has worked with
a wide range of construction companies and architects in Haarlem and Amsterdam. Over the years Bas has developed a specific style on
the design an build process.
Maarten Neering has a Master of Science Degree in Architecture from the TU Delft, and is a registered architect with the Dutch Architecture Register (Architectenregister nr. 1.080115.007)
Maarten has worked in various offices in Holland before moving to Barcelona in 2008, where he has worked as a freelance architect ever since, often alongside his partner Ariadna Perich.
There he has worked mostly on appartment refurbishments, public infranstucture design, expositions and retail design.
